Sending us a message
- Open the free bill review form.
- In the first menu, pick the bill you need help with, or choose Something else for a general message.
- Write your question, correction or request in the Anything we should know? box.
- Submit the form. We reply using the contact details you give us.
Corrections
If you spot something out of date or wrong in one of our guides, tell us through the form with the page address. We review every correction request.

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, send your request through the same form and mention “privacy request”. See our privacy policy for details.
